Food guilt is like Toby from The Office… everybo Food guilt is like Toby from The Office… everybody hates it, and it always seems to pop up and instantly ruin a good time.

There should be NO guilt when it comes to eating. You didn’t ruin your diet, and you have absolutely nothing to feel guilty about.

Is it overall healthier to eat strawberries instead of a slice of cheesecake?

Sure.

But does that make cheesecake a bad choice?

No.

Nutrition is all about balance. Once you embrace that, you’ll be able to eliminate food guilt forever.

A slice of cheesecake is higher in calories and provides less nutritional benefit overall than fruit, but it is DELICIOUS. Especially strawberry cheesecake.

It’s okay to eat foods that don’t directly contribute to your goals.

If you choose to have some cheesecake, you should enjoy every last bite. You didn’t make a mistake by eating it, nor did you de-rail your progress. Enjoy it!

A single food is never going to ruin your progress, and it should never be accompanied by guilt. There is no such thing as bad food. As long as cheesecake isn’t the main staple of your diet, there is absolutely nothing wrong with enjoying it.

We should enjoy our food. There’s absolutely no reason to guilt-trip yourself for eating something you enjoyed.

If you feel your choice didn’t help your goals, that’s totally fine. All you have to do now is just get back on track towards your goals.

You ate that delicious cheesecake, it’s behind ya, and we keep on marching forward. Zero guilt necessary.

Stop being mean to pizza. Just because you don’ Stop being mean to pizza.

Just because you don’t consider a food healthy, it doesn’t mean that it’s Unhealthy.

Unhealthy implies that a food is bad for you. And no single food is bad for everyone, especially when consumed in moderation.

A food is only unhealthy to YOU if it causes you harm.

Certain food might send you down destructive eating paths, so that food is probably unhealthy to you. Or maybe you’re lactose intolerant and dairy makes you poop more than any human should ever poop.

In that case, eating a pint of ice cream is probably unhealthy.

But no food is universally unhealthy.

Maybe pizza is not necessarily “healthy” by your definition of the word, but that doesn’t make it bad.

Food doesn’t need to be good or bad. It can just be food.

Pizza might be the less healthy option, but it’s not UNhealthy. Pizza is your friend.

PS- I don’t know who “they” refers to in this video. I basically black out when I’m on camera, so they can be anybody. Or everybody.

Chocolate lovers, this one is for you. I posted m Chocolate lovers, this one is for you.

I posted my air fryer donut holes recently (one of my favorite recipes) and you guys really seemed to like them! I knew I needed to come up with a chocolate version, but it took some tweaking to get it just right.

One issue with the last recipe was people trying to make them with whey protein, since I use a whey/casein blend in mine. It might not seem like a big deal, but it makes a big difference!

So for this one, I tested both options to get it just right. If you plan to use whey protein, there are plenty of notes on what to do differently to make these lil’ guys.
