I've made these, and variations without the filling. It is such an easy recipe and SO versatile. Major respect to Matt for taking his time to create such a 'bomb recipe." - Jaena

Bacon/Egg/Cheese for Filling

Mix all ingredients together

01

Mix until you have a ball of dough. You’ll need to get in there with your hands for it to all come together.

Break dough into 8 pieces

02

If you're counting, there are 9 there... that's because I'm terrible at counting. 8 is the number we want!

Flatten the dough into circles

03

These are going to be the tops and bottoms of each stuffed bagel.

Prep your eggs and bacon

04

I scrambled up some eggs and cooked bacon in the air fryer for these, but you can get creative with the fillings.

Add your fillings

05

Be sure to leave room around the edges. Then top with another piece of the dough and pinch down the edges.

Add to your air fryer

06

Continue until all of the fillings and dough has been used, resulting in 4 bagel bombs.

Brush with egg wash and add seasoning

07

The egg wash not only helps the seasoning to stick, but also browns the bagel bombs very nicely.

Air fry at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes

08

Then all that is left to do is let them cool before digging in!
