LIGHT BUTTER

Step 1

Cream together all the wet ingredients

Step 2

Mix in the dry ingredients

Step 3

Refrigerate the cookie dough for 1 hour

Step 4

Form into an oval, then bake at 325 degrees F for 12 mins

Step 5

Let the cookie sit for one hour to fully set inside

Step 6

After one hour, the cookie will take shape while remaining gooey & soft inside
