These protein cinnamon rolls are soft, peelable, and absolutely delicious!

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients into a dough

Step 2

Roll out the dough and trim it into a rectangle

Step 3

Spread butter over the dough, then top with cinnamon and brown sugar

Step 4

Tightly roll the dough towards you to create the cinnamon roll

Step 5

Slice into 6 cinnamon rolls and place in a cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Step 6

Let cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle a simple icing over the top!

This recipe utilizes protein powder, but it can be swapped for more flour to create regular cinnamon rolls, too!
