Step 1

Mix together all of the ingredients for the cream layer and set aside.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, mix together the Oreo cookie layer.

Step 3

Flatten the Oreo cookie dough out on a sheet of plastic wrap.

Step 4

Square off the edges of the dough for your Oreo sushi roll.

Step 5

Spread the cream filling over the entire dough.

Step 6

Wrap the dough into a sushi roll and refrigerate for at least one hour- overnight works best.

Step 7

Slice and enjoy! Exact servings will vary, but I was able to get 12 slices.
