All-Purpose Flour
Unflavored Protein Powder
Nonfat Greek Yogurt
Baking Powder

Egg for egg wash
Seasoning/Topping of Choice
The extra protein powder is optional and you can easily use extra flour in its place. More notes for this in the recipe!

Mix up all the ingredients until it forms a ball of dough

Break the dough into 3 balls, then lightly knead the dough to smooth it out.

Pinch the ends together to create your bagel shapes.

Brush the bagels with an egg wash, then add the seasoning of your choice

Air fry at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. You can bake these in the oven at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.

The bagels firm up as they cool, but once they sit for 15 minutes they're good to go!
