High-Protein Peanut Butter Cups (Taste like Reese's!)

If you love Reese's as much as I do, you're going to absolutely love this healthier version

Step 1

Make the peanut butter filling by mixing together creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar substitute, and peanut butter flavored protein powder.

Step 2

Mix together cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, and powdered sugar for the chocolate coating

Step 3

Combine the chocolate mixture with melted coconut oil

Step 4

Break the peanut butter mixture up into 12 pieces and press them down into cupcake liners

Step 5

Dip them into the chocolate coating and return to the cupcake liners

Step 6

Pour the remaining chocolate over the top to create smooth cups, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Serving suggestion

A serving of 2 peanut butter cups contains 200 calories, 16g fat, just 6g of carbs, and 11g protein!
