INGREDIENTS

Protein powder

All-Purpose Flour

Light Butter

BAKING Powder

Sugar substitute

Canned Pumpkin

APPLESAUCE

Vanilla extract

Step 1

Cream together all the wet ingredients

Step 2

Mix in the dry ingredients until a dough forms

Step 3

Break off pieces of the dough and roll in your palms. TIP: wet your hands with cold water to make the dough easier to work with

Step 4

Place in your air fryer basket, leaving space between each donut hole. Plan to make 2 batches.

Step 5

Air fry at 370 degrees for 4 minutes, flipping halfway. Coat with cinnamon sugar and return to the air fryer for an additional 2 minutes.

Step 6

With the donut holes hot from the melted sugar, toss in cinnamon sugar one more time to coat.

TIP

The pumpkin spice donut holes are best served fresh, but can be reheated for 5 seconds in the microwave to taste warm & fresh again.
