How to make fluffy protein pancakes with only 3 ingredients

It may seem impossible, but with only 3 simple ingredients, we can achieve this fluffy stack of pancakes

the ingredients:

Cake mix, protein powder, and seltzer. Really, that's it!

Mix the ingredients in a bowl until you have a thick, smooth batter

Each pancake will be 2 spoonfuls of batter

Cook on low-medium heat for 1.5 minutes, then flip

Continue until all the pancakes are cooked, then serve them up!
