Protein Bagels with 14g Protein

Now you can have fresh, delicious bagels in under 30 minutes! We have two protein bagel options to choose from, ranging from 10-14g of protein per bagel depending on which you choose to go with.

Ingredients You'll Need

All-Purpose Flour

Unflavored Protein Powder

Nonfat Greek Yogurt

Baking Powder


Egg for egg wash

Seasoning/Topping of Choice

The extra protein powder is optional and you can easily use extra flour in its place. More notes for this in the recipe!

Mix all ingredients together


Mix until you have a ball of dough. You’ll need to get in there with your hands for it to all come together.

Roll out 4 pieces


Break the dough into 4 equal pieces then roll each out with your palms.

Form into bagels and add to your air fryer


Pinch the edges together to form a bagel, then brush with an egg wash and add your toppings.

Air fry the bagels


Air fry at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes until your desired doneness. You can bake these in the oven at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.

Let cool, then enjoy


The bagels firm up as they cool, but once they sit for 15 minutes they're good to go!
