All your questions answered.
How do I access the book after purchasing?
Check your email- you’ll receive a download link to access your .pdf ebook. Remember, this is not a physical book, and you will be downloading the e-book to view on any of your devices.
Do I need a specific brand of protein powder?
I swear by PEScience products, and I used their Multi-Purpose Protein Powder in this one. You may be able to use another brand, but it’s worth noting that this particular brand is a blend of whey & casein protein, which bakes differently than 100% whey protein or other types.
I highly recommend grabbing some of this protein powder, and you can use my code “Matt” at checkout to save 10% on a tub.
Do I have to use protein powder?
The appeal of this recipe book is that the recipes are high protein, so you should! But if you don’t want to or can’t use protein powder for any reason, you can still make these recipes. The protein powder in all recipes can be swapped 1:1 for flour (I’ve included instructions in this book as well).
Do I need specific ingredients?
I wanted to make this book as simple as possible, so you won’t need any hard-to-find ingredients.
Many of the recipes in this e-book are a play on the “2 ingredient dough” that is made from self-rising flour and Greek yogurt, so those are 2 ingredients you’ll want to buy.
But don’t worry: I have a full page with recommended ingredients inside.
Do these recipes actually taste good?
Of course!
My goal with this book was to come up with recipes that make it easier to hit your protein goals in fun & delicious ways. If a recipe is high protein but doesn’t taste good, what’s the point? You might as well just drink a protein shake instead.
I didn’t try to infuse as much protein as possible into every recipe, but rather make every recipe a higher-protein alternative to what you’d normally find.
Can I have an example of some of the macros?
Surely. While the nutrition will vary for each recipe, here are two example from this e-book.
English Muffin: 140 Calories, 0g Fat, 23g Carbs, 11g Protein
Pizza (for the entire pizza): 630 Calories, 5g Fat, 80g Carbs, 61g Protein
Can I eat these recipes if I am gluten-free?
These recipes all require flour, and it’s an essential ingredient here.
If you have a good 1:1 gluten-free flour, it may work in these recipes, but it’s not recommended.
Are there any vegan-friendly recipes in this book?
Unfortunately, none of these recipes are vegan, since the main protein powder used is dairy-based.
Baking is really intimidating for me. Will I be able to handle these recipes?
I tried to make every recipe as simple as possible, so no matter what your skill level is when it comes to baking, you shouldn’t have a problem.
I purposely made each recipe require no yeast, so you won’t have to worry about rising time, kneading dough, using a stand mixer, or any of that.
Do you offer a refund?
All sales of the e-book are final. I would truly love to be able to offer you a refund if you are unhappy, but I can’t run the risk of people buying the book, saving the pdf, and then getting their money back.
I hope that once you read through this whole page that you will know exactly what you are buying and there are no surprises or disappointments!
