For apparel or print products:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All products are made-to-order, so all sales are final, with the exception of damaged or incorrect items. It is up to you to make sure you order the correct size for apparel using the provided size charts. If you order a size that does not fit you properly, you may place a new order, but your previous order is non-refundable.
If you receive a product that is damaged, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Please email [email protected] with a photo of your product and a description of what is wrong and we will organize a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC, 28273, United States. However, please be sure to reach out via email prior to sending your product back or you may not be issued a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For digital products:
All sales of digital products are final. Everyone once in a while, exceptions can be made for returns, but it is not common. Since digital products are available for immediate download, there is no way to prevent the purchase, download, and refund of a product. I truly want you to be happy with your purchase, however, so please reach out so I can make things right in whatever way possible.
All shipping times are after an order has been fulfilled. Because all items are printed on-demand (once ordered), there is additional fulfillment time of 2-5 business days. Most orders will be shipped within 3 days, but that is not a guarantee. If you select two-day shipping, you are agreeing to wait the 2-5 day fulfillment period and then receive the item in 2 days once fulfilled.
In most cases, you will receive your item in 7-10 days, but understand that it is possible to take longer under certain circumstances. Busy holidays (Christmas, Black Friday, etc) may slightly delay shipments.
