Protein cake batter overnight oats

 80 g (1 Cup) Oats
 28 g (1 Scoop) Vanilla Whey Protein (I used Bowmar Nutrition)
 10 g Swerve Confectioners Sugar (can add more if you prefer extra sweetness)
 75 g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
 ¼ tsp Imitation Butter Extract
 ¾ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
 8 g Sprinkles

Combine everything in a bowl and mix well. Start with 1/2 cup of milk and add more if you’d like. I used 3/4 cup milk and it still came out very thick (swipe for the thickness) but some like it thicker.


Add to fridge in a bowl or mason jar and let sit overnight, or for at least 2 hours. Remove from fridge, top with some whipped cream and additional sprinkles and enjoy!
