Nothing wrong with enjoying fast food every once in a while, especially if you’re craving a burger. I’m a Burger King guy myself, but wanted to start off with a Mcdonald’s breakdown for you guys first. If you want to grab a burger, here is a quick overview for you to maximize your macros! Depending on your goals, one burger may be better for you to choose. For me, I would prefer the highest protein and don’t worry too much about the fat content, so I’d be all over the double quarter pounder!! Note that all these macros don’t include cheese, but dont worry, I included the cheese macros right there for ya too (a double quarter pounder would have 3 slices, adding 150 calories)
