[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]There is a lot of information floating around as it pertains to fitness, and unfortunately, a lot of it is not factually based. There’s no shortage of information on the internet, and it’s easy to fall into traps if you’re unfamiliar with a certain topic. Because of this, I set out to debunk a few of the most common fitness myths that I’ve heard out there.

Throughout the month of July, I posted one myth to social media every single day, and used the captions to debunk them to the best of my ability. I may not be the most qualified individual out there, but I do know a thing or two about certain topics. I’ve been involved in fitness for the better part of 10 years now, I have a degree in Health Behavioral Science, and I am a certified personal trainer, so I like to think I understand some basic concepts. My hope with these posts was to help at least one person out there avoid the pitfalls that I faced throughout many years of trial and error. I’ve been there, and it would have been nice to have a trusted source helping me along the way when I first started out. I’m hoping to be that trusted source for others!

I went through and repurposed all 31 of the myths I created so that any one of you can use the photos for your own posts. I removed the numbering system to make it super easy for you. Feel free to post just 1, or all 31 of them if you feel so inclined. I understand that not every post will resonate with you, so feel free to pick and choose and create your own! The download link is at the bottom of this post.

Here’s a recap of all 31 topics, as well as a preview of a couple posts so you can get a feel for the graphics! Feel free to click through to my Instagram account to browse through all 31 graphics:
